Outreach
JIC's work reaches beyond the portfolio: scholarships for peers and career development open to the whole campus.

The club allocates 4–7% of the Main Portfolio to international student scholarships. That percentage is set by a two-thirds vote using a 12-quarter average of the portfolio's value. Recipients remain strictly confidential and are chosen entirely by the College's Financial Aid Office, so funds reach the students who need them most.
Career workshops
JIC is a pre-professional pipeline as much as a portfolio. Workshops are open to every member, trustee or not.
- Resume reviews — line-by-line edits from members who have already landed internships
- Recruiting timelines — when applications actually open for each track, usually earlier than you'd think
- Career trajectories — what banking, asset management, and research careers look like year by year
- Breaking in from Wooster — how students from a liberal arts college get in front of top firms
- Alumni referrals — warm introductions to JIC alumni already inside those firms
